What is RDI®?
Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®) is a developmental, family-centred approach created by psychologist Dr. Steven Gutstein. Grounded in neuroscience and developmental psychology, RDI focuses on guiding individuals to become more flexible thinkers, better problem-solvers, and more connected in their relationships.
Rather than focusing on surface-level skills or rigid behaviour programs, RDI helps parents become confident guides as their children learn to navigate a dynamic world—socially, emotionally, and cognitively.
